Wayne Cresta, chairman of the Morris County Human Relations Commission, presents a certificate of appreciation to Nicole Fearahn, a Morristown High School senior who served as a student commissioner this past year. Nicole, who is valedictorian of her class, has been accepted to Harvard University where she intends to major in philosophy. Cresta, a Morristown resident, has been elected to a second term as chair.
